About Quicklinks

Born on December 21, 2019, Grace is a spirited Norwegian Budhund who affectionate, cheerful, and super smart. She joined her family as a wee pup during the pandemic and has brought her “Mom” nothing but joy and companionship.
Because opportunities for socialization were rare during Covid, Grace would often join her Mom at Lowe’s where she would ride in the cart and put smiles on the faces of everyone who saw her. Lowe’s is still one of her favorite places to go, a quick second after Doggy Daycare and Spa!
In March 2022, Grace began attending daycare regularly at Doggy Daycare and Spa. She absolutely loves hanging out with the other hip hounds, especially her best friends Cali, Nattie, and Diesel. But her very favorite is her daycare human, Cassidy, who she absolutely adores.
Bringing Grace to Doggy Daycare and Spa gives her Mom peace of mind knowing she’s being well cared for, loved, grounded, and happy. Along with regular daycare, Grace also spends the occasional night at Doggy Daycare and Spa, and enjoys regular grooming at the Spa where her beautiful coat is cleaned, conditioned, and brushed.
When she’s not at Doggy Daycare and Spa, Grace spends her time traveling on sales calls with her Mom. Grace is also well traveled in other parts of the country and has spent time in Florida where she chased lizards, went on a gator air boat tour, and enjoyed an afternoon at Disney Dog Daycare while her Mom explored the parks. She has also gone sailing in Gulf Shores Alabama and will be spending time in Maine this coming summer.
Along with fast boats and car rides, Grace loves balls. She can often be found rolling and chasing her herding ball around the yard and bouncing it off the house. She can also balance it on her nose and flip it, just like a dolphin!
Grace is quick to adapt to new environments which made her perfect for Therapy Dog Certification. She has worked with individuals overcoming grief, children with learning issues, and people recovering in nursing homes. Grace will sit quietly while providing comfort and encouragement to those in need. The name “Grace” means gift from God and she was truly sent to heal hearts.
